In-Season Rates: Tuesday before Memorial Day through Oct. 31st
HUMMINGBIRD HIDEAWAY
Sleeps up to 7
- $99/night, 2 night minimum on weekends; 3 night minimum on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day)
- One-time cleaning fee: $30/reservation
- All rates are quoted for a family of up to 7 individuals (1 or 2 parents plus children) or a party of not more than 4 adults plus not more than 3 children. More than 4 adults requires an additional $10/night per adult. Children are defined as companions of paying adults who are from birth through 17 years old.
- There is limited camping available with a paid night in the cottage only. Minimum $25 camping charge applies OR $10/tent, whichever is greater. For example, 1 tent=$25, 2 tents=$25, 3 tents=$30, 4 tents=$40, etc.
- Other durations: please call
LILAC'S EDGE
Sleeps up to 3
- $75/night, 2 night minimum on weekends; 3 night minimum on holiday weekends (Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day)
- One-time cleaning fee: $20/reservation
- All rates are quoted 2 adults with a child only. 3 adults requires an additional $10/night, please arrange ahead of time.
- Children are defined as companions of paying adults who are from birth through 17 years old.
- Camping, please inquire. Minimum $25 camping charge applies OR $10/tent, whichever is greater. For example, 1 tent=$25, 2 tents=$25, 3 tents=$30, 4 tents=$40, etc.

Off-Season Rates (Nov. 1, 2011 thru May 21, 2012) for both Hummingbird Hideaway and Lilac's Edge
- Any 3 nights for the price of 2.
- Any 4 or 5 nights for the price of 3.
- Any 6 or 7 nights for the price of 4.
- Any 8 or 9 nights for the price of 5...a great way to get two weekends in a row with all the weekdays in-between for FREE!
- One-time cleaning fee: $30/stay for Hummingbird Hideaway, $20/stay for Lilac's Edge
- Hummingbird Hideaway rates are quoted for a family of up to 7 individuals (1 or 2 parents plus children) or a party of not more than 4 adults plus not more than 3 children. - Lilac's Edge rates are for a party of 2 or 3 individuals.

Terms, Year-Round
- A 50% deposit is required for reservations, refundable within 10 days of planned arrival. Not refundable thereafter, unless we can fill the vacancy with another guest.
- All rental fees payable 50% in advance by check and the balance upon arrival in cash. Unfortunately, we can NOT accommodate payment by credit card at this time.
- Check-in is 3 p.m. or as otherwise arranged.
- Check-out is 11 a.m. or as otherwise arranged.
Policies
- We cannot accommodate pets.
- We cannot accommodate smoking in our units. Our guests may, however, smoke outdoors.
- All of the kitchen facilities are clean and ready to use. We ask that what you use be cleaned and returned as you found it when you arrived. This does not involve cleaning the house. Simply clean anything you use in the kitchen by loading the dishwasher before you leave. We will run and unload it after you leave.
- By staying on our property, you agree to use our facilities at your own risk. Please limit your explorations to mowed areas of grass. If you choose to venture into the woods, please consult us first on hazards to be aware of. If you plan on treks through the woods, a fresh application of insect repellant is advised!
